Our cable trays include four major series: ladder type, trough type, tray type, and combined type. The materials cover hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, stainless steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic, etc. They feature neat wiring, good protection, and flexible installation, meeting the requirements for cable laying in various environments.
1.1 Core Product Characteristics
- Protective Performance: The trough type cable tray adopts a fully enclosed structure, providing dust-proof, water-proof, and corrosion-proof protection, with a protection level of IP65; the ladder type cable tray has good ventilation and heat dissipation performance, suitable for high-power cable laying; stainless steel cable trays (304/316L) are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and are suitable for harsh environments such as chemical plants and coastal areas.
- Structural Advantages: The width and height specifications of the cable trays are complete (width 50-1000mm, height 50-200mm), allowing for flexible selection based on the number of cables; the accessories are abundant, including elbows, three-way joints, reducers, supports, etc., enabling any angle turning and height difference transition.
- Safe and Reliable: The cable trays have strong load-bearing capacity, with a rated uniform load of ≥2kN/m; all connection parts are tightened with bolts, and the grounding resistance is ≤4Ω, effectively preventing static electricity accumulation; the fireproof cable trays are coated with fireproof paint, with a fire resistance limit of 1.5-3 hours, meeting fire protection regulations.
1.2 Scene Adaptation Solutions
- Industrial Plants: In workshops, ladder-type hot-dip galvanized cable trays are selected for good ventilation and heat dissipation, facilitating cable maintenance; in acid and alkali workshops, glass fiber reinforced plastic trough-type cable trays are used, with strong corrosion resistance, and have a service life of up to 20 years; when high and low voltage cables are laid separately, double-layer tray-type cable trays are used, with a layer spacing of ≥300mm, avoiding interference.
- Construction Projects: In commercial complexes, spray-painted trough-type cable trays are used in ceiling areas, with an attractive appearance and coordination with the decoration style; in high-rise buildings, large-span steel cable trays (span up to 6m) are used in shafts, reducing the number of supports and improving space utilization; fire protection cable trays are used for fire protection circuits, combined with fireproof sealing materials, meeting fire acceptance requirements.
- Transportation Field: In subway tunnels, anti-vibration trough-type cable trays are used, with rubber shock pads added between the cable trays and supports to reduce the impact of train operation vibrations on the cables; on both sides of highway bridges, armored glass fiber cable trays are selected, with anti-wind and anti-aging properties, suitable for outdoor open-air environments, ensuring the safety of monitoring and lighting cables.
