Solution

Our factory's cable products cover multiple series such as high flame retardancy, low smoke and halogen-free, shielding, weather resistance, and armoring, featuring excellent conductivity, strong environmental adaptability, and high safety levels. We can provide precise selection and matching solutions based on different scenarios.
1.1 Core Product Characteristics
- Material Advantage: The conductors are made of high-purity electrolytic copper, with a conductivity of ≥97%, reducing power transmission losses; the insulation layer uses imported polyolefin or cross-linked polyethylene materials, which are resistant to aging and cracking, and have a wide temperature range for long-term use (-40℃~120℃).
- Safety Performance: Low-smoke and halogen-free cables produce low smoke density and no toxic gas when burning, meeting the GB/T 19666 standard; flame-retardant cables pass the GB/T 18380 test and have a flame retardant grade of A, effectively preventing fire spread.
- Special Functions: Shielded cables use a double-layer copper wire + aluminum foil shielding structure, with a shielding efficiency of ≥95dB, capable of resisting strong electromagnetic interference; armored cables have an outer layer of steel tape or steel wire armor, providing resistance to pressure, impact, and rat bites, suitable for complex installation environments.
1.2 Scene Adaptation Solutions
- Industrial Scene: For factory workshops with dampness, dust, and mechanical vibration, low-smoke and halogen-free flame-retardant cables (WDZA-YJY series) are recommended, combined with anti-corrosion conduits, with a service life of over 15 years; shielded control cables (KVVP series) are selected for automated production lines to ensure stable PLC signal transmission and reduce equipment malfunctions.
- Solar Energy Scene: Special cables for solar energy (PV1-F series) have characteristics of resistance to ultraviolet rays, high and low temperatures, and aging resistance, and can be directly exposed to outdoor use, meeting the 25-year design life requirements of photovoltaic power stations; large power stations' DC sides use large cross-section cables (≥120mm²), reducing DC losses and improving power generation efficiency.
- Building Scene: Vertical shaft wiring in high-rise buildings uses flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables (NH-YJV series), with a fire resistance limit of 3 hours, combined with fireproof sealing measures, providing precious time for personnel evacuation; commercial complexes' strong current circuits use cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables (YJV series), with large current carrying capacity and good heat dissipation performance, suitable for high power load requirements.
