The low-voltage drawer switchgear is a modular and high-performance low-voltage complete power distribution device. It is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with current domestic and foreign standards such as GB 7251.1-2013 and IEC 61439, featuring an advanced overall structure, regular layout, strong protection, and safe and stable operation. The product is suitable for low-voltage power distribution systems with a rated working voltage of AC 380V/220V and a rated frequency of 50Hz, and is widely used in various places such as industrial and mining enterprises, production workshops, commercial complexes, high-rise buildings, municipal engineering, data centers, and substations. It undertakes core functions such as centralized power distribution, power control, circuit protection, power consumption monitoring, and reactive power compensation.
The cabinet adopts a standard drawer-type modular structure, with independent separation of functional units. Each circuit drawer unit can be flexibly pulled out and pushed in, making maintenance and replacement convenient without powering off the entire system, effectively improving power supply continuity and operation and maintenance efficiency. The product can be combined with various electrical components on demand, adapting to various power distribution working conditions such as centralized power distribution, hierarchical control, motor start-stop, and frequency conversion speed regulation, and is an efficient and reliable core complete set of equipment in modern low-voltage power distribution systems.

Operating Conditions

To ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment and extend its service life, the low-voltage drawer switchgear must be installed and used in the following standardized environment. For special harsh environments, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and explosion-proof models need to be customized in advance:
  • Altitude: The altitude of the equipment installation site shall not exceed 2000m. For high-altitude areas, derated customized models shall be selected.
  • Ambient temperature: The ambient air temperature ranges from -5℃ to +40℃, and the average ambient temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.
  • Humidity conditions: The ambient relative humidity shall not be greater than 90%. The installation site shall be free of condensation, corrosive gases, flammable and explosive dust, and conductive dust, and away from pollution sources and vibration sources.
  • Installation environment: The site shall be free of severe vibration and mechanical impact. The cabinet shall be installed vertically with an inclination not exceeding 5°; it is suitable for indoor fixed installation and is strictly prohibited to be used directly in open-air unprotected scenarios.
  • Power grid conditions: It is suitable for various low-voltage power distribution systems such as TN-S, TN-C-S, and TT. The power grid fluctuation is within the standard range, without severe inrush current interference.
  • Ventilation conditions: Sufficient heat dissipation space shall be reserved around the equipment to ensure smooth ventilation of the cabinet and avoid long-term operation in a high-temperature and closed environment.
